Returns

If the product is in good condition, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days.
The customer must keep the received product in its original condition until it is returned to the seller. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, without signs of use (e.g. torn packaging, removed labels, damaged protective foil, missing parts, etc.) and accompanied by all documents – receipt and/or invoice, warranty card, user manual, etc.
Products will not be accepted for return if:
- The product is damaged or used.
- The original packaging is missing or damaged.
- The product is not complete (missing cables, adapters or accessories).
- A receipt or invoice proving the purchase is not provided.
Refunds are processed according to Bulgarian legislation.
Returns are usually processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the product.

All orders are placed online via the website. At this stage we do not accept phone orders, but you can contact us for consultation at ☎ 0882 350 355.

Orders are delivered the next business day if the product is in stock. For made-to-order or promotional products, delivery may take 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email or phone if a longer delivery time is required.
For orders over €99, delivery is free.
For orders under €99, the price is calculated automatically according to Speedy’s тарифs. Delivery is available to a Speedy office or to a personal address.
Yes. Yes. You can collect your order from our showroom in Sofia after receiving confirmation that it is ready.

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt if it is in its original packaging and without signs of use. The product must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice. For more information, see the “Returns” section.
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If additional clarification is needed, one of our consultants will contact you by phone.
All products are carefully packed to protect them from transport damage, using durable boxes and protective materials. Shipments are sent with a tracking number.
