Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Bulgarian and EU consumer protection legislation.

The customer is responsible for preserving the product, its quality and condition until it is returned.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Products cannot be returned if:

  • the product shows signs of use or damage;
  • the original packaging is missing or damaged;
  • accessories, cables or included components are missing;
  • proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is not provided.

Returns are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the product is received.
Refunds are issued within the legally required period.
