How the system works

Zendure SolarFlow 800 is an intelligent on-grid solar system that works in sync with the power distribution grid to utilize solar energy in the most efficient way.

• Solar panels generate electricity in direct current (DC).
• SolarFlow 800 converts this energy into alternating current (AC) and feeds it directly into the home’s electrical system.
• Current consumption is covered first, and the surplus energy is automatically stored in batteries (models AB1000 or AB2000, sold separately).
• In the evening or in cloudy weather, the system uses the energy stored in the batteries to power your appliances.
• You have the option to charge the batteries at night, when electricity is at a lower tariff, and use it during the day when electricity is more expensive.

Important:
Since SolarFlow 800 is an on-grid system, in the event of a grid power outage the inverter automatically stops feeding energy. This is due to the built-in backfeed protection (anti-islanding), which is mandatory for all grid-tied solutions and ensures safety both for your appliances and for the maintenance technicians of the power transmission network.
